In Q4 2025, I produced two virtual events for Flutter, Google’s toolkit that enables third-party developers to build high-quality applications for mobile (Android and iOS), web, and desktop from a single codebase.
This project was my first collaboration with Agency O. One of the agency’s standout strengths was its in-house design team, which proved highly collaborative throughout the process. Despite an aggressive production schedule, all deliverables were completed just in time thanks to the commitment from both the client and the agency team.
Each event followed the same content structure: One case-study video, five DevBytes, a 45-minute live Q&A session (beginning at the 1:00:00 mark in the event recording above). Both two-hour virtual events were livestreamed on YouTube. For the November event, we focused heavily on establishing the overall event theme, branding, and visual templates. While the December event benefited from having design assets already in place, the production timeline was even more compressed.
I led production for the five DevBytes, working closely with presenters to shape technical content, directing studio shoots, supervising video editors, and managing a live-streaming production partner while providing regular status updates to key stakeholders. A separate producer was responsible for the case-study videos.
On a personal note, the live-streaming partner operated out of the same studio where I had worked nearly two decades earlier. Returning to that space—this time as the agency side—was an unexpected and meaningful full-circle moment.
